Inconel 901

Inconel 901 is a high-performance nickel-iron-chromium-based superalloy known for its exceptional strength and oxidation resistance at elevated temperatures. Inconel 901 contains approximately 42% nickel (Ni), 13% chromium (Cr), 6.5% cobalt (Co), 2.8% titanium (Ti), and 1.2% aluminum (Al). This composition enables precipitation strengthening, allowing the alloy to retain its mechanical strength and microstructural stability even above 600°C. It also exhibits a low thermal expansion rate, providing resistance to thermal shock.

Thanks to its excellent creep resistance and long-term strength, Inconel 901 remains stable under prolonged exposure to high temperatures. This makes it ideal for environments requiring extended operation under stress.


Corrosion Resistance in Extreme Conditions

Inconel 901 is not only heat-resistant—it also offers superior corrosion resistance in harsh environments, including those with chloride or sulfide exposure. This makes it especially suitable for:
