Iridium’s Expanding Role Across Future Industries

Because of its scarcity and high cost, iridium is highly valuable for recycling. With growing demand and unstable supply chains, recycling offers both economic and environmental benefits. Iridium can be recovered from end-of-life catalysts, electronics, and fuel cell components, then refined and reused.
